Placement follow ups, report collation and default penalty calculations

Market truck arrangement, rate updation, annexure management and related penalties

Dispatch plan analysis to identify potential issues in vehicle placements and take preventive action, handle part load and full load deliveries.

Prepare timely and accurate reports on availability of material

Tracking and closure of statutory cases related to insurance and vehicle detentions by Government authorities

In-transit damage analysis, reporting and action taking for damage reduction

Transit Efficiency analysis, reporting and action taking for improvement

Physical verification reports: stock checking

ASRS Warehouse Operations, despatch as per FIFO method
