  • Develops new business and customers to achieve the regional sales growth targets; works with expanding new products, newer segments, adding to more products with existing customer base
  • Monitor the segments and business vectors and conduct surveys to facilitate expansion activities
  • Tracks competition activities and local market trends and adopts appropriate interventions in the market to counter the same
  • Maintains productive customer relationships in all projects and maintenance accounts through continuous engagement with key clients and speedy resolution of issues
