Assistant Manager – Paint Production – GOA

Roles and Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and manage pro-rata production on a day to day, block and monthly basis in efficient way, ensuring best utilization of production capacity, deployment of manpower and other resources. Heading the Production Planning of factory and managing the following.
• Issue work instructions to Sr. Officers, Officers for execution of work
• Monitoring work progress with respect to schedules, productivity, quality (right first time) and cost parameters
• Maintain discipline & better and safer work practice in the Plant. Safety and Environment is a primary accountability which takes priority over the production. Meeting compliance on all the emissions of the plant and ensuring the best of the safety standard as per the norms set by Corporate.
