Responsibilities :
  • Map out annual training plans.
  • Conduct organization-wide training surveys to understand training effectiveness.
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after session.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and conduct monthly and biannual tests.
  • Schedule refresher trainings basis test result.
  • Administrative Coordination for reviews of promotions.
  • Coordination of on boarding process and internal training at Head-Office.
  • Maintaining budget MIS, internal reports and other training related data.
