Job Description

Formulating and implementing long term/short term strategic plans to achieve sales targets with good credit control.
Identifying key clients, generating business from the existing customers, thereby achieving business targets.
Planning of sales and promotional activities of territories and reviewing the performance of sales team vis a vis plan.
Identify new market/new product range and plan strategy to explore and promote them.
Stock management, indenting and inventory control.
Conducting product trials and providing customized solutions as per requirement

Required Candidate profile

Proactive leader and planner with expertise in strategic planning
Execution having high achievement orientation
Strong Analytical capability
Good inter-personal relationships & business acumen
