Job Description

L&D Strategy for Berger Employees and execution of the strategy with end to end ownership.
Creating/Developing Training modules for leadership development
Lead OD initiatives, with measurable impact on business
Succession planning upto MD -2 level
Responsible for Sales HR. Will be supported by Talent Acquisition and C&B verticals. Details below
o Responsible for all the HR activities related to the permanent and the contract staff of Sales.
o Manpower recruitment and hiring for permanent (up to Sales Supervisor) and contract staff at all levels, the Induction, Orientation of the new joinee as per plan.
o Maintain healthy occupancy rate as suggested by the management for all on-roll and off-roll employees of Sales and track occupancy levels month on month.
o Support Depot Manager in planning Manpower requirements and help execution of the same.
o Support Target and incentive rollout for all sales team members including ensuring awareness, appreciation and alignment by sales team on the same for the depots.
o Drive People Agenda in sales team through pre planned reach out activities at regular intervals
o Ensure & facilitate for sales employees, HR communication flow & alignment of the entire system from HO to the field as well as providing a channel of feedback from people to the organization.
o Performance Management & Development - Facilitate goal setting, measures, review and final rating and maintaining records of the same.
o Compensation Management - Study on the trends in compensation and evaluate / suggest accordingly for field force and indirect field force.
o Regular update on sharing HR best practices in the industry with specific reference to sales team.
o Facilitating in Identifying training needs in consultation with the Sales Training team & in executing training calendar for the entire sales team through internal and external resources
o Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.
o Ensure full & final settlements including statutory obligations are fulfilled for the both direct and indirect employees.
o Engagement interventions with the team to improvise on their productivity and effectiveness for direct & indirect employees.
o Prepare and follow up on the career progression plan and development of the same.
o Facilitate in identifying talents of permanent employees and help in career progression
