  • Develop and drive the sales strategy for projects in line with the organizational objectives and the business plan
  • Develop the fresh painting business by identifying and prospecting new customers in the building / real estate industry
  • Expand and establish the footprint of Berger in the Government accounts across India by continuously developing and cultivating new leads across various Government departments
  • Maintain productive relationships with Key Accounts through continuous engagement with key stakeholders and speedy resolution of issues
  • Drive institutional sales by cultivating influencers like architects, builders and building consultants
  • Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers / Regional Managers in pursuit of the above objectives
