Job Description

Manage & achieve sales volume, value & growth Targets of a single Depot through a team of frontline Sales personnel.
Tracking competition activities and local market trend.
Expand wide retail distribution network within the territory and implement effective network management schemes.
Will be in charge of independent responsibility of managing the Depot.
Should have experience in sales of construction chemicals

Required Candidate profile

Graduation + MBA specialization in Marketing
Must be capable of communicating in the local language.
Dynamic, Objective, Achievement oriented having sound managerial capability.
Customer friendly, Good in interpersonal relationship
Sound analytical skill and a Team Player
