Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiate sales techniques for better market reach and awareness.
Developing and implementing Marketing Plans with focus on planning, Presentations and other
promotional activities.
Identifying new markets and positioning the brand in premium position
Keeping track of changing customer & channel partner requirement & expectations.
Generate and study enquiries from the customers. Decide on the price to be quoted on the basis of
Historical data, Competition, Delivery requested, etc.
Attend meetings for prequalification of quotations, negotiate with dealer and workshop managers and finalise the best product
Discuss and finalise the terms of contract and ensure adherence to the same.
Interfacing with clients for obtaining feedbacks, suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating
relations for securing repeat business.
Managing activities like negotiation & finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales & order
Provide technical service support to clients and resolving their issues / concerns.
Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels.
Maintaining excellent relations with customer to generate avenues for additional business.
Monitoring post service activities like follow up with customers, service reminders.
Developing and ensuring customer satisfaction for delivery and standard service quality norms.
Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate
Measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
Mapping clients requirements and coordinating in developing & implementing processes in line with the
guidelines specified by the client.
Overseeing process improvement initiatives through system changes, process redefining.
