Identifying key clients, generating business from the existing customers, thereby achieving business targets.
Planning of sales and promotional activities of territories and reviewing the performance of sales team vis a vis plan.
Identify new market/new product range and plan strategy to explore and promote them.
Responsible for all administrative responsibilities of managing depots at various locations.
Managing, training and mentoring a team of sales personnel, thereby ensuring optimum performance.
Stock management, indenting and inventory control.
Required Candidate profileB.E / B.Tech (Chemical)/M.Sc(Chemistry) with MBA / PGDM (Marketing)
Minimum 7 years experience in paint line preferably protective coatings.
Proactive leader and planner with expertise in strategic planning
Execution having high achievement orientation
Strong Analytical capability
Good inter-personal relationships & business acumen
